Some companies offer ‘Free’ LED lights by installing the cheapest lights on the market and using the government incentives to cover the cost.

Free LEDs produce poor light and they fail quickly because they are installed without replacing your old halogen transformers. This causes results such as flickering as the old halogen transformer is configured to regulate the amount of energy it takes to power a standard halogen.
